Are there any comments you would like to make about the service you received when you contacted the Helpline? Your comments can be positive or negative; we just want your point of view.
Making a complaint
If you are making a complaint, please include the following:
- the date of the situation that you are complaining about
- the details of your complaint
- how you would like us to contact you (by letter, email or telephone).
All information given will be treated as confidential.
NSE will reply to your complaint within seven working days.
