Epilepsy associations and other helpful web sites

Some people with epilepsy find it helpful to meet up with other people in their local area, who also have the same condition, for support and social contact.

There are a number of local support groups in the UK, which are run either independently or as a branch of another epilepsy organisation. If you would like to know if there is a group in your area, please contact the epilepsy helpline on 01494 601 400.
