Personal safety equipment and alarms

Many people with epilepsy find it helpful to consider if there are any types of safety aids or equipment that might help them with daily life. For some people this might be an alarm system that can alert family or friends when they have a seizure, or a safety pillow if they have seizures during the night. This page lists the details of some companies that make safety equipment. For further details contact each company directly.

Please note: NSE does not endorse these companies and stresses that it is personal choice whether someone uses safety equipment and alarms or not. There may also be other companies that provide these types of products.
