VICTORIA: You need a bit of 'feeling down' time even though its awful as all of a sudden you will suddenly become on top of it and feel even stronger. It is SO frustrating and can make everyday life difficult in ways that other ppl dont understand. I feel like I am moaning as I have had 2 in 1week and was going to be 1yr free in March (which is good for me). Atleast you know that every member of this site has some experience either personally or of someone close to them and can empathise with your feelings.... this lets you know that you are going through what others go through and that you are actually helping other ppl without even realising!! You have helped me- the actions I am going to take so far are 1)homeopathy, 2)more rest, 3)possibly hypnotherapy. Try to think about all the things that you can do to cheer you up, meet with old friends, watch a feel good film, hit the gym!!! Is there anything you want to know from any of us? Iv only had it for 8yrs and for all I know you've had it for 50yrs! but if I can help i'd love to.
Take care sweetie, I'm sure you can find something in your day to make you smile- hold on to those moments n remember u wil b feeling strong again in no time. xxx oh yes, almost forgot.....

Any chance I can be selfish and ask for a hug? My friend is being buried today and since it's way out in Wyoming I wasn't able to attend. Our message board is having a "day of silence" today where nobody is posting, and tonight we're all going to do a toast across the US at exactly the same time (9pm eastern time, 6pm west coast, etc.) since our friend was quite fond of his whiskey and wine.

Also, my husband is extremely stressed out over something (unrelated) and his mood swings were terrible last night...I'm quite worried he's going to stress himself into a seizure.

I know these are little things compared to what others have going on right now but I guess we all have a moment where we feel a bit sorry for ourselves.
