What we do

We are the leading national epilepsy medical charity working for everyone affected by epilepsy, through our cutting edge research, awareness campaigns and expert care.


Information services

We connect and support people through a range of charitable services, including our confidential epilepsy helpline, online epilepsy forum, epilepsy campaigns and awareness raising, epilepsy information, website, magazines and e-newsletters, and epilepsy information clinics in hospitals.

Providing expert care

We provide specialist residential care for those whose epilepsy is so severe and complex that they require round the clock support, as well as offering expert support to those who want to live more independently.

Training and seminars

Epilepsy Society delivers a variety of training events to a wide range of clients, from carers, school escorts and post graduate students to commercial organisations, GP surgeries and drug company representatives. We also work with the public sector including primary care trusts, local councils and schools.
