Queen Elizabeth House accommodation
Set in the rolling Chiltern Hills at Epilepsy Society's Chalfont Centre, the emphasis at Queen Elizabeth House is on providing a tailor-made care package for each individual. Every resident is encouraged to achieve the greatest possible independence with a safety net of expert nursing and social care.
Epilepsy Society has an international reputation in the treatment of epilepsy. The home is staffed by a team of nurses and support workers to meet the special needs of its clients.
Residents benefit from onsite NHS clinics and an inpatient epilepsy assessment centre (Sir William Gowers Centre). These come under the umbrella of the National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery.
