Big Ben chimes welcome note

People with epilepsy have finally been given the green light to tour Big Ben’s clock tower in London.
The turnabout comes after a review of the tourist attraction’s health and safety guidelines.
Officials at the Houses of Parliament now say as long as people with the condition feel confident in their health, fitness and ability to climb the 334 small spiral steps of the tower, they are very welcome to do so.
