Hi guys just wanted to drop in while I had a chance for those who've been supporting me through my years with Jak, so far so good, almost 5 months since surgery and things are really really well, none of the "you know what's" so far and he is fully back at school, clubs etc and his trap door of a huge scar can barely be seen, he doesn't seem to have been emotionally or physically damaged in anyway, it feels surreal but very very good, we have hope and its a wonderful thing to have, we are also undertaking a fundraising mission for GOSH to say thank-you, in fact myself and ten friends took to the air for tandem skydives on Sunday and raised over £5000- amazing, and we have a big charity ball planned next March, "Sparkle for Hope" - lets hope its a celebration for us,

love to you all Julie xxxx

It's been an age I know but just wanted to check in...

Great to hear Jak's great progress to date, I trust it has continued!

Our news is that Daniel has been off meds since sept last year and so far so good. As you say hard to type with fingers crossed and we won't really believe it's true until a year has passed as he has had long gaps between seizure in the past!

I hope all continues well for Jak and will check in soon...

Nadine x
