Award-winning midwife to host webinar on improving birth for women with epilepsy
The UK's only epilepsy-specialist midwife, Kim Morley, is to host a webinar for healthcare professionals aiming to improve information and care for women with epilepsy of childbearing age.
Kim Morley recently won the Emma's Diary Mums' Midwife of the Year 2016 at the Royal College of Midwives (RCM) Annual Midwifery Awards for her work with women with epilepsy.
Based in Hampshire, she runs a unique clinic alongside her obstetric colleagues, personalising care for women with epilepsy through conception, pregnancy and birth.
The Better Births webinar is run by the Royal College of Midwives, and Kim will explain how to provide better information and care for women with epilepsy in the local area.
The webinar is free to all who register, and will take place on Monday 11 April 2016 from 10.30 am until 11.30 am.
