Epilepsy Society - Have your say

Epilepsy Society is currently running a survey for people affected by epilepsy.

This is to help shape our new strategy, setting out our plans for what we want to achieve over the next three years. 

Your response will help us to understand what matters most to you and to prioritise how we spend our charitable funding to ensure we are making the biggest difference to people with epilepsy.

This survey will take no longer than ten minutes to complete.  All answers are anonymous and you do not have to give your name or contact details.
