How will I cope?
The Great North Run boasts one of the most incredible atmospheres of all sporting events.
You'll have access to all of our training guides and resources to help you get ready for the day itself and we can bet the crowd will carry you through those final few miles to the finish line. With the passion and motivation to make a difference behind every stride, we know you can do it (and are so excited to see what you achieve!)
How much do I need to raise?
The minimum sponsorship target for charity place runners if £350 and we’ll do all we can to help you achieve that target. We’ll provide you with bags of ideas, tips and materials to help you with your fundraising and be there at the end of the phone when you want to talk anything through. Please note, the sponsorship target and registration fee does not apply to own place runners but every penny you raise will help us to continue our work for people with epilepsy.
