Director of Fundraising

Full time (37.5 hours)  
Salary: Circa £80,000
Location: Based in Buckinghamshire with the opportunity to work half the week in the Central London office 

We’re looking for an outstanding and innovative Director of Fundraising who will develop and empower a dedicated team across fundraising, marketing and external affairs to think and achieve even bigger and better things.  As a key member of our Executive Board, you will shape and lead our fundraising and marketing strategy to deliver a step-change in our income generation and profile, and actively contribute towards the wider strategic direction of our organisation.

You will bring real entrepreneurial flair with a confident, can do approach that will inspire others internally and externally through your vision and passion for our cause.

Philanthropy & Strategic Partnerships Manager

You will be an experienced fundraising professional who will lead the Philanthropy & Strategic Partnership team and play a crucial role in maximising income from our major gifts, corporate partners, trusts, foundations and any other grant giving bodies. 

You will have demonstrable experience of working with high net worth individuals, organising and supporting fundraising events and with a proven track record in successfully generating income growth.

 

Corporate Partnerships Fundraiser

You will join our friendly fundraising department and be an enthusiastic individual who will maximise income through, and develop, our corporate partnerships.   You will have previous experience in a similar role and a proven track record of successfully creating high performing partnerships at corporate level.   

 

Trust & Foundations Fundraiser

You will join our friendly fundraising department and be an enthusiastic individual who will maximise income from trusts, foundations and any other grant giving bodies as well as submitting high quality grant applications to deliver the trust and foundation income target. You will have previous experience in a similar role and a proven track record of successfully fundraising from trusts and foundations.
