My Mummy has Epilepsy book

Hayley Mathieson was diagnosed with epilepsy at the age of 30, when her daughter Leila was just three years old. Hayley wanted to write a book for Leila to help explain her epilepsy so that she wasn't frightened.Hayley Mathieson was diagnosed with epilepsy at the age of 30, when her daughter Leila was just three years old. Hayley wanted to write a book for Leila to help explain her epilepsy so that she wasn't frightened.

Tragically, Hayley passed away in February 2016 following a seizure. Her amazing family have kindly allowed us to sell her book to raise funds for Epilepsy Society and to help young children understand epilepsy.

There are 1,000 deaths in the UK due to epilepsy. We are working hard to discover new diagnostic techniques and treatments to end this tragic outcome. All proceeds from the sale of Hayley's book will go towards our cutting-edge research programmes.
