Our supported living service gives individuals a real opportunity to live with greater autonomy and independence in the community. Staff are available 24 hours a day and offer support with everyday tasks such as participating in community activities, managing maintenance needs, contacting the landlord, paying rent and housing benefits. We respect each client’s right to independence, privacy, dignity and empower them to make informed choices about their lives.
This service is available at Epilepsy Society’s own accommodation at our Chalfont Centre in Buckinghamshire. It is also provided by MacIntyre Housing Association.
Our supported living service is available to adults with epilepsy who also have associated and additional complications.
We are registered with the Care Quality Commission (opens new window) to provide both Supported Living and Domiciliary Services, and with the Buckinghamshire County Council Supporting People Programme.
