Book of condolences for the Queen

Queen Elizabeth II was Patron of the Epilepsy Society throughout her remarkable, 70-year-long reign. We are ever grateful for her unwavering support for our vital work for people affected by epilepsy. Please feel free to add your own special message below which we will share with His Majesty The King and the Royal Family.
