This is your chance to spend a day shadowing a high profile woman from a range of different fields including the media, arts, politics, charities, health and business.
Our Me and My Shadow scheme provides opportunities for young women with epilepsy to shadow women in a range of different careers for a day. It aims to build confidence and ambition in women with epilepsy and encourages them to think big.
We provide full support to those participating and ensure that all successful applicants are linked up with someone who matches their interests and will help further their own future career goals.
